Why is sex so important?!!

Why is sex such a big part of dating? Seems like if you don't have sex with a guy he cheats or leaves you. Not to say that I have never enjoyed sex or lusted for someone, but why is it such a big part of a relationship. Lately I've been spending a lot more time alone and mediating on my life and my choices. This subject came to mind one day when I felt as if I had to have it or I was going to emotionally unravel. Why?? So I challenged myself to see how long I could go without it. Along the way I noticed how many people are focused on sex. I saw the real side of men, of which before now I never knew looked at me as a prize or trophy to put on their "did that" wall. When you tell someone you don't want their body in that way, you will be surprised at the reaction you get. I saw men at like babies, tell me they were sick of waiting on me (however they got the idea that I was waiting on them I don't know, or that I wanted that from them is still a mystery), thre...

My experience with Love

One of my first relationships was one that lasted for 5 years. I know my first boyfriend, and we stuck it out that long. I was showered with gifts, thinking that was love. It was his expression of it for sure, but he didn't want the things I did. Near year 3 and 4 we had lost our common goal. He wanted to be with many women, not to be tied into a partnership. I wanted to be in control and demanded attention. Believe it or not that relationship ended in a "sorta" engagment. The day he brought me the ring he didn't do it in a romantic way. It was however unforgettable. He chucked it across the room yelling "here you wanna get married, fine!" And that was the end of that. There were a few men inbeween but none that really stuck out. A few I got along great with, and some who even my friends thought was the one. Turned out none of those were. The next big relationship was a chart topper. This guy every girl wanted. All my friends were jealous of me. He was char...

Cheating

Time to get a little personal. So cheating is a touchy subject because someone always gets hurt. Its the kind of thing that you cant hide, it always seems to come out one way or another. They say once a cheater always a cheater. I don't believe that statement. That's like saying once a thief, always a thief...or anything else for that matter. Life is about growth and change and no matter how hard you try you will have to grow and change to survive. In my past I cheated. There I said it, kind of hard to admit but yes I did it. To be technical we were broken up, not living together, not speaking, the whole nine yards. That doesn't excuse it. My behaviour was immature and impulsive. You cannot find in another what is missing from your current partner. Ever heard of the 80/20 rule? That simply means your current partner is 80% and what you find in another person is 20%. It will feel as if the new person is the 80% and your current 20%, trust me it's quite the opp...

How NOT To Pick Up A Woman

Have you ever tried to pick up a girl at a bar only for her to laugh in your face? This probably happened because you have said something ridiculous or done something just as foolish. Below are a list of things to avoid, when mingling with women. I am a women so I should know something about what it is we like.  A woman doesn't want you to say what she wants to hear, she wants honesty. There's no point in wasting time trying to get her to have sex with you if your not going to put in the work to get to know her. If sex is what you want then just say that, you don't know what her response will be unless you ask. There are some women who want meaningless sex and nothing more. If you put in work to get to know her and she still doesn't like you...then that's your answer. There are twice as many women on earth as men, you will meet someone else. Another tip is not to use money to entice a woman. For instance if you buy a lady a drink don't expect anything but co...

You Get What You Pray For

I've prayed most if not all my life for the man of my dreams. Most girls do right? We dream of our wedding day while playing dress up, we use Ken and Barbie to represent how we hope to be one day. Well it wasn't until recently that I started praying to God for the man He has chosen for me, not the one I wish for. Gods blessings are always bigger than you can imagine. So His chosen man for me must be incredible! You see I prayed for the opposite of my last relationship. In my past relationship we spent all our time together. I can remember accepting overtime at work just so we would have less time together. We fought over everything. I got what I asked for...someone working, educated, and dedicated. Someone who doesn't spend every waking hour at my side. In the past few months God has spoken to me. Telling me to stay the course in relation to a perticular person in my life. This person I care for deeply, mesmerized by their ora. It has been and will continue to be a diffic...

Oh Hell No! (Bathroom Etiqutte)

For those of you who don't know...I work as a janitor. Yea that's right. My job involves cleaning; most of which I don't mind. Until I reach the bathroom. Some of you are filthy animals. So below are some rules to follow when in the bathroom. Enjoy.... MEN: First of all, flush the toliet dude! I mean what on earth makes you think that the next man, or I want to see your shit, literally?? Dont be a pig, just flush. And for a couple of yall a courtesy flush would be nice. Can't hurt you or the plumbing. Just saying Why are there papertowels in the stall all over the floor?? I can think of one reason why but is that nessecary for you to do outside the home! I think not. If your lonely get a girl. Otherwise wash your hands and drop the papertowel in the trash. Do not throw it at the trash, put it in the trash. STOP SPITTING YOUR GUM IN THE URINAL. I am not happy when I have to stick my hand (gloves or not) into the urinal to get your gum. GROSS! Look before you ...

You have Kids?

Hey everybody! I wanted to speak on this subject and find out how you guys feel. This is something I've had to face for at least the last ten years of my life. I myself do not have any children; nor do I have children in my life that I treat or love as my own. I grew up in a broken home, my parents divorced when I was very young. Each household i lived in both of my parents began to see other people. For me the experience was not good at all. At one house the female (step mom) thought and often reminded me that she should come first. She wanted quality time and money that I felt should belong to me. No one acted as if we were a family because we felt as if we weren't.I was his kid and she his girlfriend.  In the second house there was a lack of respect, but I always felt as if I were put first. I liked feeling this way. This home felt more like a family, but there was still a underling weird feeling surrounding all of it. As an adult I was very careful of who...
